Admission Procedure

1. Admissions are offered on a First-Come, First-Served basis, subject to seat availability.
2.Registration Form distribution begins from 1st December onwards.

Walk-In Counseling Session

Parents are required to visit the school for a counseling session with the school counsellor to understand the school’s academic framework and admission process.

Registration Process

After counseling, parents need to proceed with registration to initiate the admission process.

Student Induction & Assessment

Upon successful registration, the child undergoes an induction process involving a general assessment. This helps teachers understand the child’s learning levels, strengths, and areas of development.

Admission Confirmation & Formalities

Based on the induction outcome, the counsellor will guide parents through admission confirmation and documentation.

Completion of Admission Requirements

Once admission is granted, parents are required to complete all admission-related formalities within the stipulated timeline.

General Conditions for Admission

A student seeking admission must:

  • Have studied in a school recognized by CBSE or any other recognized Board of Secondary Education.
  • Have passed the qualifying examination required for admission to the class applied for.
  • Fulfill the age criteria (minimum and maximum) as prescribed by the school and CBSE norms.
  • For Class IX, the student must have passed Class VIII from a CBSE-affiliated or recognized school.
  • For Class XI, the student must have passed the Class X (Secondary School Examination) conducted by CBSE or an equivalent examination from a recognized board.
  • Admission to Class XI is subject to:
  • Availability of seats
  • Academic performance in Classes IX and X
  • School’s eligibility criteria and stream-allocation norms
  • Admission once granted may be cancelled if any information or document provided is found to be incorrect, incomplete, or false.
  • The decision of the school management regarding admission shall be final and binding.

Documents Required for Admission

Parents must submit the following documents at the time of admission:

Transfer Certificate (TC)/School Leaving Certificate- Must be generated through the RTE Portal only.
Mark Sheet of the qualifying or equivalent examination.
Birth Certificate issued by the Registrar of Births and Deaths.
Passport-size photographs of the student and both parents.
Aadhaar Card copies of the student and both parents.
Any other document as required by the school authorities.

Note: Non-submission or incomplete submission of the required documents will lead to cancellation of admission.

Withdrawal Policy

Parents wishing to withdraw their ward must submit a written notice at least one month in advance.
All outstanding dues must be cleared before the Transfer Certificate is issued.
No Transfer Certificate will be issued until all financial obligations to the school are settled.
