Each time I sit down to pen a message, I reflect- not just as the Director of this institution, but as an educator and a parent who believes deeply in the limitless potential of every child.
Shanti Asiatic School has always stood as a beacon of quality education. But today, we are not just reimagining learning- we are transforming it. In a rapidly changing world, academic success alone isn’t enough. What truly matters is purpose-driven, real-world readiness.
We’ve moved beyond the conventional focus on soft and hard skills. At SASJ, we now emphasize power skills- empathy, adaptability, collaboration, creativity, critical thinking and resilience. These are the human strengths that define future-ready individuals.
This evolution is not just in thought, but in action. With the launch of Kindori IB World School- India’s first IB school inspired by Japanese values of respect, independence, and togetherness- we’ve created a space where learning moves beyond textbooks. It’s about thinking deeply, questioning freely and applying meaningfully.
At SASJ and Kindori, learning is no longer limited to four walls. Our students are encouraged to explore, reflect, speak up and grow through experience. We also give equal importance to emotional well-being, because true success comes with balance and inner strength.
